First I understand the problem. Then we set up the work.

  1. 01

    Gathering information

Current recipes, equipment, volumes, how the team is organised. Where possible, I watch a service.
  2. 02

    Choosing the priority

We decide together what to tackle first. Changing everything at once makes it hard to see what worked.
  3. 03

    Comparable trials

One variable at a time, with temperatures, times and quantities recorded, so results can be compared.
  4. 04

    Documenting each step

What works is written down: recipes with weights, process sheets, checklists.
  5. 05

    Execution by your team

The work is ready when your team does it, not when I do.
  6. 06

    Follow-up check, when agreed

After some time we check whether the process holds and what needs adjusting.

What we agree at the start

Goal
The result we want, described in a way that can be checked.
Activities
What we will do, remotely and on site.
Deliverables
The materials you keep at the end.
Timing
Duration, on-site dates and any follow-up.

I don't promise revenue or margin increases: we work on product and process, the part I can control with you.
