Tropp: a project shared with a team.

Tropp is a pizzeria and craft brewery in Montepaone. It opened in a former olive mill and brings together pizza, baked goods and craft beer.

The kitchen makes round pizza, pan pizza, bread and cuzzupozzo, a bun inspired by the cuzzupa of local tradition, made to be filled.

The beer is produced by Tropp's brewery. My part is dough and baked products.
